Interventional Procedures
Facet Joint / Medial Branch Blocks: Minimally invasive injections of anesthetic and steroid into spinal joints or nerves to relieve neck or back pain from arthritis.
Epidural Steroid Injections: Steroid injections into the epidural space to reduce nerve inflammation and leg pain caused by disc or arthritic compression. Typically done in a series of three.
Selective Nerve Root Blocks: Targeted injections to nerve exits for diagnostic or therapeutic relief.
Sacro-Iliac (SI) Joint Injections: Steroid and anesthetic injections into the SI joint to relieve buttock pain from arthritis.
Rhizotomy / Radio-Frequency Ablation: Electrical stimulation and heating of sensory nerves to provide long-term pain relief for facet or SI joint pain.
Joint Injections (Hip, Knee, Shoulder): Steroid and anesthetic injections for arthritic joint pain, guided by X-ray when necessary.
Trigger Point Injections: Injections into muscles for myofascial pain.
Botox Injections: For severe muscle spasms and headaches; effects can last 4–6 months.
Diagnostic Testing
EMG / Nerve Conduction Studies (NCV): Assess nerve compression, such as carpal tunnel, pinched nerves, or peripheral neuropathy.
Imaging: X-rays, MRI, or CT scans to evaluate structural causes of pain.
